 Participants will learn how and why the stress response occurs. The presentation reviews how stress affects physical and emotional well-being and how to identify personal sources of stress. Participants will leave with an understanding of how to apply healthy coping strategies to better manage everyday stress. The session will close with a 10 minute guided relaxation.
